Gaining strength and muscle takes time and dedication, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Just make sure you are targeting each muscle group to get the most out of your routine. A full-body workout should include exercises for your Back, Chest, Quads, and Glutes. You can also squeeze in Shoulders Biceps Triceps and Calves. Some people opt to target different muscles on different days of the week to make sure each muscle group is being challenged at an optimum level.
