Meet Your Trainer…

My name is Stephanie. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritional Coach at Iron Lady Fitness. I also have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology where I focused my studies on behavioral change. I offer private one-on-one sessions and group classes that focus on building strength, endurance, and healthy habits that last. I have been in love with fitness ever since I first discovered my own strength in the gym, and I can’t wait to help other wonderful women find theirs too.

A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. Your first session will be devoted to assessing your fitness level, taking body measurements (if you choose), getting a health history, setting some goals, and beginning with some basic exercises.

You’ll spend each session doing endurance training, strength training, mobility exercises, or other activities based on your goals. I can also give you guidance about nutrition and goal setting. Please bring water and a fitness towel. Please call or text me to schedule the time of your sessions before purchase.
