About Steps To Fitness

My name is Stephanie. My goal is to offer helpful tools, relatable content, and inspiring stories that help women connect and overcome. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I am also freelance writer with a passion for women’s health, wellness, and advocacy. After going through my own personal mental and physical health struggles, I decided to change my story. I changed my degree, career, goals, and found my passion. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on behavior change and am pursuing a Master’s in Social Work. Helping other women has enriched my life in ways I never thought possible.
